Call for Abstracts for International Session in the 31st Research Council Meeting of Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to be held on October 13th (Thu.) and 14th (Fri), 2022.
The call for abstracts deadline has been extended until Tuesday, July 26.Important Dates

| Notification of Acceptance (by E-mail) | E-mails will be sent after mid-August. |
| Deadline for Registration | Sep 16 (Fri), 2022, 23:59 (JST, UTC+9) |
| ・ | Abstracts should be submitted online. |
| ・ | Once the submission is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after submission, please contact the Congress Secretariat (E-mail: jsprs-kiso2022@kwcs.jp). |
| ・ | Abstract ID number will be generated automatically when an abstract is submitted and notified in the confirmation e-mail. |
| ・ | You can modify or delete your abstract at any time during the abstract submission period even after it has been submitted. You cannot make any changes to your abstract after the deadline. |
Responsibilities of the Presenting Author
| ・ | All authors submitting an abstract must register for the Meeting by September 16 (Fri), 2022. |
| ・ | The first author listed for each abstract serves as the presenting author and as the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the abstract. |
| ・ | The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all authors have read the abstract and agreed to be co-authors. |
About Presentation Method
We would like to ask the speakers of the International Session in the 31st Research Council Meeting of Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to give oral presentations either at the venue or online via zoom. However, depending on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, please note we may change the presentation format.

Presentation Duration
ORAL PRESENTATION
10 minutes will be allocated to each presentation (8 minutes for presentation, and 2 minutes for questions and answers).

Abstract Review and Selection Process
| ・ | After the submission deadline, all submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Review Committees for blinded review and scoring, and final decisions will be made in mid-August 2022. |
| ・ | Incomplete abstracts will not be reviewed. |
Acceptance / Rejection Notification
| ・ | Acceptance notification will be sent to the first submitting author / presenter with further instructions in mid-August 2022 by e-mail; consequently, an accurate e-mail address is critical. Rejection notifications will also be sent at that time. |
| ・ | If you do not receive any notification e-mail, please contact the Congress Secretariat (E-mail: jsprs-kiso2022@kwcs.jp). |
