Registration is by person basis and payment via online ONLY. Group registration is not accepted.

*	Registration fees will not be refunded including withdrawal is due to the registrant being unable to make his / her own travel arrangement, such as problems in visa application or other travel documents, etc.
*	In case of cancellation of the Congress due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be made.

Receipt of payment can be downloaded at “Registration My-Page” until August 31, 2024 (JST).

KYODOPLUS CORPORATION is the Congress Secretariat and the only official registration provider for CLEFT TOKYO 2024. Registration fee will be paid to KYODOPLUS CORPORATION.

You can cancel your registration before you pay registration fee. Please contact the Congress Secretariat by email.
Registration fees are non-refundable once purchased.
Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

Certificate of attendance is available in print along with name tag.
Log in to the “Registration My-Page” by August 31, 2024 (JST) and download your name tag with certificate of attendance and receipt.

*	The name tag with certificate of attendance and receipts are available only in digital form. Please note that we are unable to issue them on paper media or mail them.

CLEFT TOKYO 2024 participants except resident of Japan can attend 78th JSS complimentary.
If you are attending 78th JSS then select "Yes" when you make registration.

After completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive any email, please search for email sent from "icpf16-sanka@gakkai-tama.com" in your mail-box, or contact the CLEFT TOKYO 2024 Secretariat by email (icpf16@kwcs.jp).

There are lots of hotels that are located along subway lines and easily accessible from the University of Tokyo.
Please look for hotel accommodations by yourself and make your own arrangements.

For some nationalities, a Visa is required to enter in Japan. Foreign participants should contact the Embassy or Consulate in their home country to determine their Visa requirements.
Participants requiring Visas should initiate the application process at least 3 months prior to their departure date.
The Congress Organizer and Secretariat is not able to assist participants with their Visa application and cannot intervene with Embassies or Consulates on behalf of any participant.

Letter of Invitation (for Visa Application)
To request a Visa invitation letter, please contact the Congress Secretariat via email after completing the registration.
Only participants fully registered in the Congress can obtain a personal invitation letter.
Relevant expenses for hardcopy of the invitation letter sent by express courier must be paid in advance.
Important notice: visa invitation letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress and it is not a commitment from the Organizers to cover any kind of expenses or to provide any financial support. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

While every attempt is made to ensure that all aspect of the congress as mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, in the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, CLEFT TOKYO 2024 reserves the right to make last minute changes should the need arise. You shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change.

The Organizer and Secretariat are not responsible for personal accident and / or damage to the property of participants.
Participants are advised to make their own arrangement for personal insurance.
