Plenary Lecturers and APICA Rising Star Colloquium Speakers whose registration fees are waived are required to complete advance registration.

Each presenting author may submit only one abstract as the presenting author.
To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, each presenter is limited to one abstract submission.
As an exception, symposium speakers may also present in another symposium or in a general presentation session.

Abstract submission is permitted before payment of the registration fee; however, payment must be completed by the deadline below.

1. Symposium
Presentations by symposium speakers selected by organizers or session chairs. No open application is available. Presentations are planned to be delivered onsite. Further details will be provided by the organizers.

2. General Presentations (Oral, Poster, Undergraduate/Vocational Student Session)
Abstracts are welcomed for oral presentations, poster presentations, and student sessions. Presentations are planned to be delivered onsite. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and notification of acceptance or rejection will be provided subsequently.

Undergraduate/Vocational Student Session (Poster)

English is the standard language for presentations.

All abstracts must be submitted online. Titles and abstract text should generally be entered in English.

(1)	Complete all required fields following the instructions on the submission page. The system automatically logs out after 60 minutes of inactivity. Please save your work frequently.

(2)	Enter institutional affiliations in English. Up to 10 affiliations may be registered.

(3)	Enter the names of the presenter and co-authors in English. Up to 20 authors may be registered, including the first author. Applicants who are not yet members of JAA should enter membership number '999999'.

(4)	Select the preferred presentation type (Symposium, General Oral, General Poster, or Undergraduate/Vocational Student Session) and the appropriate category.

(5)	English title: up to 130 characters.

(6)	Abstract body: up to 1,200 English characters.

(7)	Character counts calculated in Word or other software may differ from the submission system count.

Personal information obtained through this meeting will be managed appropriately in accordance with the privacy policy of the Japanese Association of Anatomists (JAA) .

All presenters, including co-authors and non-members, must disclose conflicts of interest in accordance with the Association's COI regulations.

If, within the three years preceding abstract submission, any of the following criteria related to the presentation topic apply, a COI declaration form must be submitted to the meeting secretariat by uploading COI disclosure form during abstract submission. Presentation slides or posters must also indicate 'COI: properly declared'.

No declaration is required if none of the criteria below are met. In such cases, please indicate 'COI: NO' on presentation materials.

COI Reporting Criteria:

1.	Remuneration from a single company/organization exceeding JPY 1,000,000 annually.
2.	Stock profits exceeding JPY 1,000,000 annually from a single company, or ownership of more than 5% of its shares.
3.	Patent royalties exceeding JPY 1,000,000 annually per patent.
4.	Lecture fees exceeding JPY 500,000 annually from a single company/organization.
5.	Manuscript fees exceeding JPY 500,000 annually from a single company/organization.
6.	Research funding or grants exceeding JPY 1,000,000 annually paid to the presenter's department/laboratory from a single company/organization.
7.	Scholarship donations exceeding JPY 1,000,000 annually paid to the presenter's department/laboratory from a single company/organization.
8.	Affiliation with an endowed chair funded by a company.
9.	Travel support or gifts exceeding JPY 50,000 annually from a single company/organization with a COI relationship.
