You are welcome to the 12th Asia Pacific International Congress of Anatomists (APICA) held in conjunction with the 132nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association of Anatomists (JAA). The common theme of APICA 2027 and the 132nd JAA is “Synergy and Emergence,” representing a further step forward from the theme of APICA 2025 in Guangzhou, China, “Proceed.” In addition to strengthening the relationships established at previous congresses, APICA 2027 will place special emphasis on fostering interactions among early-career researchers and students, with the aim of inspiring the emergence of new synergies for the next generation. The congress will bring together anatomists not only from the Asia-Pacific region but also from around the world to share the latest research findings and advances across a broad spectrum of anatomical sciences, including clinically-oriented cadaver surgical training (CST). We are truly delighted to welcome you as part of this outstanding global community.
    The conference will take place in Okayama, Japan, from March 17th to 19th, 2027. On behalf of the Organizing Committee and the JAA, we warmly invite you to visit the beautiful city of Okayama, known as one of the sunniest cities in Japan.
