STS-ASCVTS Aortic Summit 2026 invites all interested participants to submit paper(s) to be featured at the Congress.

Membership in ASCVTS or STS is not required for participating authors.
Presentation Style
1. Scientific abstracts
Oral presentations (8 minutes) are chosen among the poster presentations as selected papers.
2. Video presentations
A short (7 minutes) video presentation of surgical techniques of thoracic aorta will be selected and displayed during the session.
The format of the videos is MP4 only.

Submission Guidelines
-The abstract language is English. All abstracts must be written in English only.
-All abstracts must be submitted via online. Please click the “Submission” button at the bottom of this page.
-The presenters must be registered in the Congress. The registration fees are applied without exception.
-All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Acceptance notification will be sent to the first submitting
author/presenter with further instructions. Final presentation style will be subject to the decision of the Program Committee.
-Please use single form for each submission.
-The Program Committee reserves the right to withdraw a presentation at any time.
-Accepted abstracts will be printed and showcased in the Congress publication materials.
IMPORTANT:
The submitting person is considered as the first author of the abstract and also the presenter.
Please do not submit an abstract on someone’s behalf.
Word Limits
- Title of Presentation: Maximum 20 words
- Abstract Body: Maximum 300 words and 1 image or table
- Co-authors / Institutions: Up to 19 co-authors and 3 institutions

[Corrections and Withdrawals]
All steps must be complete by the deadline, including adding all authors and any minor corrections.
The first author may view and modify their abstracts from “Confirmation and Modification” button before the submission deadline.
Requests to withdraw an abstract can be done from “Withdrawal” button.
Your Abstract ID and password are required to log in and edit the submission.
